INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE CLIENT AND WEALTH STRUCTURING
Cross-border legal advice for individuals, families and business owners.
Particular experience in aircraft ownership and its regulatory and operational framework.
MY PRACTICE
I advise individuals, families and business owners on international estate planning, succession and the structuring and administration of multi-jurisdictional assets, with particular focus on family-owned businesses and corporate holdings.
Aircraft ownership matters are an area of particular focus, where legal ownership, operational control and fiduciary responsibilities require careful structuring and coordination. This advice covers regulatory and compliance aspects, insurance, management arrangements and operational considerations.
My work frequently involves coordination with foreign law firms and other international advisors on matters requiring careful alignment between civil-law and common-law systems.
I work with a trusted network of specialist advisors across complementary fields, ensuring coordinated, high-quality input while maintaining the responsiveness and direct involvement that defines a boutique practice.
APPROACH
I work directly with clients throughout each engagement. Matters are handled on a limited and selective basis, allowing for continuous involvement, responsiveness and attention to detail. Advice is candid, including when it points away from a course of action under consideration. The relationship is advisory, not commercial.
The practice is deliberately focused on cross-border private client work, often requiring coordination across jurisdictions and with trusted local advisors. This is carried out through established relationships, ensuring consistency in both professional standards and client service across jurisdictions.
Work is undertaken with a high level of technical rigor and with close attention to how structures will operate in practice. Documents, structures and advice are carefully developed on a tailored basis. Precision is treated as a professional baseline.
A well-grounded and knowledgeable approach is supported by extensive experience in private client matters and nearly two decades of work in the aviation sector. Ongoing professional development forms a core part of the practice, with continued engagement in STEP programmes, ISAT and other relevant initiatives to remain aligned with current developments and standards.
Advice is developed with a long-term perspective, with an emphasis on continuity, discretion and independent judgment. The practice is deliberately lean, allowing decisions and revisions to move quickly and efficiently, particularly in time-sensitive cross-border matters.
